MomentCue Terms of Use

MomentCue is a wedding planning and workflow platform for photographers. Features may include wedding management, portrait group planning, timelines and shoot lists, couple information forms, exports and PDFs, branding and workflow tools.

Features may change over time. MomentCue may add, modify, suspend, or remove features where reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, or support the service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your account and devices secure, activity that occurs under your account, and any private wedding links you create or share.

Private wedding links act as access credentials. Anyone with a valid link may be able to access information shared through that link.

You are responsible for sharing links appropriately and removing access where necessary.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into MomentCue, including wedding information, names and contact details, timelines and notes, portrait groups, branding assets and logos.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use that content within MomentCue.

You grant MomentCue permission to host, process, store, display, transmit, back up, and generate exports from your content solely for the purpose of operating and supporting the service.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before relying on it for a wedding or event.

MomentCue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of user-generated content, timelines, groupings, venue information, exports, or workflow suggestions.

MomentCue is a workflow tool, not a backup or archival service. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important information and exports.

You must not misuse or interfere with the service, bypass access controls, access accounts or links without permission, upload malicious, unlawful, or infringing material, scrape or bulk extract data, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt security or availability.

MomentCue may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, operational protection, or non-payment.

Some features may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and available plans are shown within the service or at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want the next billing cycle to begin.

Access to paid features may be restricted if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or billing cannot be verified.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. MomentCue does not store full payment card details.

MomentCue relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting and infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, mapping and location services, communications and support.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or experience downtime. MomentCue is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, internet services, browsers, devices, or external systems outside its reasonable control.

Exports, timelines, venue information, shoot mode, sunset references, and workflow suggestions are planning aids only.

You are responsible for reviewing all information before relying on it during a wedding or event.

MomentCue is not liable for missed photographs, schedule issues, incorrect information, client disputes, or business losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable information.

MomentCue and its related software, branding, design, and service content remain the property of MomentCue and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of MomentCue except where permitted by law.

Each party is responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws relating to its use of MomentCue.

Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions and lawful basis for personal information entered into the service.

MomentCue is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

MomentCue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, accuracy of venue or timing information, or suitability for every workflow or business requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties and conditions are excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentCue will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, loss of clients or wedding opportunities, data loss or corruption, business interruption, missed photographs or event disruption.

MomentCue's total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to MomentCue in the previous 12 months, or £100 GBP.

You may stop using MomentCue at any time.

MomentCue may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, operational protection, misuse of the service, or breach of these Terms.

Following termination, access to content and features may be restricted or removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

MomentCue may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, MomentCue will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and MomentCue agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the service.
